You have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience of working in Assessment and Cash distribution process.
- Good written communication skills in English; excellent skills in Pashto, skills in Dari will also be an asset.
Job Description
- Under the leadership of the Youth & Education Program Manager, deploy to field offices to provide technical assistance. - Assist the IRC Youth & Education Program team in yearly implementation plans of the projects, oversee its realization and bring necessary course correction to it. - Assist Youth and Education program Manager the project budget by preparing expenditure plan, cash need projections, overseeing the budget utilization and proposing necessary budget realignments. - Support the Education Program Manager in identifying areas for assessment and response and participate in assessments of education needs and identifying IRC response to meet these needs. - Support the IRC field offices related Education Program Project Mangers/supervisors for providing the overall project require CBE Martials as (CBE Classroom, Teacher, Student, training, and CBE classroom maintenance Martials). - Coordinate with procurement section to undertake administrative action related to the procurement including preparation of purchase orders, related payment requests, and monitoring and follow-up on such requests. - Performed the logistical arrangements for the Education Program and Coordinated admin and logistic related issues with IRC Field Offices. - Follow up with the Supply Chain Department on the Procurement Plan. - Support the IRC field office for processing monthly salaries of the ECHO project CBE teachers. - Provide the weekly, monthly staff movement plans for Education Program related project staff. - Work closely with the program quality compliance/assurance officers to monitor and evaluate program quality and make suggestions for improvement when necessary. - Ensured gender equality mainstreaming with regards to the project beneficiaries (students, teachers, community members and MoE staff) through effective program strategies. - Establish and maintain firm relationship with the MoE relevant departments for issues related to the project implementation and the overall education sector. - Promote the institutions of School (Shuras) and school clusters as effective mechanisms for management and sustainability of the CBE. - Created and maintained standards and procedural documentation related to reporting solutions; - Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor in Education Program Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration. - Overall, 3 to 5 years’ experience of working in Assessment and Cash distribution process - Good written communication skills in English; excellent skills in Pashto, skills in Dari will also be an asset.
