You have:
- Proven video editing and/or developing experience, with a link to portfolio or examples of past work.
- Very good command of video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects, CapCut).
- Access to suitable video editing software.
- A degree in visual arts, design or similar is an asset.

On 13 and 14 May 2025 DPO will participate in the UN Peacekeeping Ministerial in Berlin, a high-level political forum to discuss the future of peacekeeping. During one of its sessions a video will be presented to the distinguished participants of the Ministerial, showcasing some of the tools available to monitor and analyse misinformation, disinformation and hate speech, which is a growing challenge impacting peacekeeping operations.
DPO’s Information Integrity Unit is looking for one online volunteer to develop and edit a two-minute video in accordance with the approved script highlighting the description and usage of innovative technological tools for monitoring and analysis of information environment. Approximately half of this video needs to be edited, and the remainder developed using the existing B-roll and audio.
We are looking for an experienced video editor with very good command of relevant software (such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects, CapCut). Candidates should have proven video editing and/or developing experience, demonstrated through a link in the motivation statement to portfolio or example(s) of past work. A degree in visual arts, design or similar is an asset. Candidates should also have access to suitable video editing software.
