The project works with national institutions, civil society, and communities as well as local government authority to strengthen transparency, citizen engagement, and institutional capacities. As part of its implementation, the project places strong emphasis on results-based reporting and knowledge management to document progress, capture lessons learned and demonstrate impact to partners and stakeholders. To support these objectives, the project plans to engage Online Volunteers to support the editing, proofreading and layout of Communication Strategies of the National Agency for Legal Aid (NALA), Alternate Dispute Resolution Secretariat (ADRS), Judiciary and Ministry of Interior to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality. The online volunteers will ensure that the reports are written in a clear, coherent, and accessible manner for the intended audience, using appropriate editing and proofreading tools to uphold high-quality standards. The role also involves researching suitable terminology where required and providing both tracked changes and clean versions of each report to ensure transparency and quality assurance.
Selected Online Volunteers will be provided with all relevant background information and materials necessary to complete the task.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in editing and proofreading reports, preferably in communication, development, governance, or donor-funded programmes.
