You have:
- Must be a seasoned Editor with experience in report writing for international organizations.
- Experience with gender-sensitive reporting.
- Ability to produce reports in line with branding guidelines and policies.
- Visual communication skills would be an added advantage.
Contract

The Online Volunteer will work with the internal team to undertake the following functions: • Read content and correct for errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar • Rewrite copy to make it easier for readers to understand • Verify facts using standard reference sources • Help with evaluations of submissions to decide what to publish • Develop story and content ideas while being mindful of the audience • Copyediting, proofreading, filling in gaps in the information, restructuring and rewriting if required • Prepare a complete table of Contents and Acronym list per document. • Proofread designed layout files to ensure a complete print-ready file. • Make substantive changes in the documents under the guidance of the team • Allocate space for the text, photos, and illustrations that make up a story.
To ensure timely production of the Knowledge Products, EU/UN Spotlight Initiatives through UNDP seek the support from an Online Volunteer to review and edit the list of documents below: •Handbook on Gender-sensitive human resource management for justice and security institutions in Liberia •Capacity needs assessment report of the justice and security sectors in Liberia • National Gender Policy for the Judiciary • National GBV Accountability Framework • Policy brief on change in SGBV Laws and Policy • Integrated SGBV Manual for Justice and Security Institutions in Liberia • GBV Training Manual for National Justice and Security Institutions • CSOs County-level Advocacy strategy and action plan for GBV prevention and response
Must be a seasoned Editor with experience, report gender sensitive, report writing to produce reports for international organizations in line with organizational branding guidelines and policies, and with timely delivery of outputs to high standards. Visual communication skills would be an added advantage.
