The Online Volunteer will review and edit a 30 pages annual report of a local development project to promote good governance in Oé-Cusse, Timor Leste. The Report is 30 pages long and has already been drafted. The project manager will support the Online Volunteer during all the revision process, starting with an introduction of the work done. Feedback will be provided, and a final version should be submitted. The Online Volunteer will be duly credited in the final document.

    The project’s objective is to promote good governance in Oé-Cusse, Timor Leste, by strengthening the regional government capacity to invest and support regional sustainable development. The program focuses on policy innovation to improve service delivery in key areas of regional development: tourism, business development, agriculture, and health. The report is part of the internal monitoring and evaluation system UNDP implements for all projects. The report will be shared with governmental partners and donors. Since the project itself is focused on local development, the volunteer should understand cooperation, local or municipal development and gender issues. The report includes a section on the project results, sustainability, gender approach, result framework, among others.
