Contract
This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.
We are introducing a new platform for UN Volunteers. An important success factor will be the preparation of support content for our global, multi-lingual audience. This content will be made available publicly on a so called community page and through a newly developed chatbot. We seek the support of one online volunteer to help us review and edit the English content for this new community page and chatbot. The launch of the new platform will be 1 May 2021 and we need the content to be ready by then. More content will need to be produced right after the launch based on user feedback on the new platform.

Other development programme/project experience
UN Volunteers come from all corners of the globe, from all kinds of backgrounds and mostly with a mother tongue that is not one of UNV's working languages: English, French, and Spanish. We are committed to providing timely support to future and current UN Volunteers and to help other stakeholders such as UN agencies hosting UN Volunteers, donors, and the general public interested in volunteering for peace and development find answers to the questions they have. The growing size of our audience requires the smart use of modern technology for our support service. Technology, however, is only part of the equation. How we communicate with our audience and the relevance of our content is equally, if not more important. By contributing to this project, the online volunteer will help shape the support content available to our global audience on our new platform.
