You have:
- University degree in mathematics, economics, finance, information management, or development studies
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in economic recovery/livelihood working for an NGO
- Minimum 2 years of experience with data management and data analysis
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience with following standard procedures and guidelines
- Excellent in working with PowerBI application and information collection, management, and data analysis applications
- Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and writing), Turkish is a strong asset

****About the Job**
Overall purpose of the role involves providing administrative or technical support within sector area. Assist the sector officer in ensuring quality of the planning, implementation and follow up of sector activities.
Sector responsibilities: Project information management.
Geographic scope: Hatay & Kahramanmaraş Field Office
This role will ensure compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the country. The role contributes to the development of field strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The role provides support and/or technical guidance to field operations while overseeing field activities.
Main responsibilities
- Administrative and technical support
- Carry out basic tasks within sector area (e.g. data collection)
- Carry out administrative tasks
- Follow given work plans and guidelines
- Closely follow up with Ec-Rec team (officers and team leaders) to ensure the accuracy of the shared quantitative reports.
- Manage database and information management systems for the field level Livelihoods Programme
- Ensure data security and consistency of the programme database
- Prepare monthly quantitative reports in line with indicators
- Extract beneficiary lists from the database based on request
- Ensure activity documents are in place in coordination with Livelihoods team
- Ensure there is provision for data security (including strict data handling and confidentiality protocols), weekly backup and recovery control (all data is retrievable in an emergency).
- Ensure the programmatic MoVs “means of verification” were promptly collected and archived.
- Coordinate with country information management officer and MEAL team to share the timely quantitative reports.
- Take on additional task and or responsibilities as need arises.
- Assist with project field monitoring, if required
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have niversity degree in mathematics, economics, finance, information management, or development studies
