Join the roster to support countries in East Africa & Yemen
You have:
- Current staff of grade 5 and above.
- Should have worked in their current position for at least 12 months within NRC with a good performance record.
- Staff should not have any disciplinary action taken against him/her and have not issued notice to resign/leave employment.
- Approval from the Country Director and Heads of Units to agree to have staff in their respective country in the roster.

Are you an internal staff in East Africa & Yemen, in grade 5 and above in any location? Do you want to build your CV, and be part of a roster and help other countries within EAY when needed? Share your knowledge and experience with other colleagues from EAY while gaining new experience. if yes, we are looking for you.
East Africa & Yemen in its Internal roster would like to have a pool of current staff in place who are willing and dedicated to provide support to other countries within EAY while gaining experience. If you are in in grade 5 and above, please respond to this call by submitting their CVs and motivation letter.
We are looking from grade 5 and above for the following:
- Officers: Finance/Human Resources/Logistics/ All CC (Programme)/M&E
- Coordinators & Managers: M&E, HR, Finance, Logistics & All CC (Programme)
- Project Managers & Specialists (WASH, Shelter, ICLA, Education & Livelihoods and Food Security)
- Area Managers,
The reason for the roster is to provide support to countries within East Africa & Yemen to fill in gaps, capacity build and during start-up of new offices.
Eligibility/Criteria:
