ECP – China Central Support Team (6 months)

The China Central Support Team focuses on providing full package of Forum Journey Support for Business Organizations/Centers engagement in Greater China through five key functions: Digital Experience in Constituents' Journey; Events Support in Invitation and Registration; Marketing and Outreach; Community building and practice; Chinese Language Translation and Editing.

We are looking for an early careers program (ECP) candidate, who will support alignment, consistency, and efficient operations across the whole group. The ECP will report to the Lead of China Central Support.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analysing event and business data to share insights on events journey across teams and with leadership
  • Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
  • Coordinating and supporting the activities of the group, ensuring efficient operations
  • Serving as the team’s point of contact for the management of Forum-wide internal processes and activities relevant to the group
  • Working with other teams across the organization to ensure digital tools are being efficiently deployed and used by our team, and that external stakeholders have a seamless experience engaging with the Forum
  • Coordinating and supporting the participation of the team in Forum events, including event logistics and budgets, catering, and key event communications
  • Supporting the development and successfully maintaining internal databases, knowledge tools and team records; providing research and organization support to team as needed

Preferred qualification and experience:

Excellent proficiency in Data analytics, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel) is a plus

Desired skills:

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability of communicating with and managing expectations of senior executives and their staff with confidence • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel) and prefers knowledge of Salesforce • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously • Successful track record of delivering superior strategy coordination, project management and process improvement is a plus • Language fluency in both Mandarin and English
