6-month duration based in New York

Programme Overview
We believe that early career talents are an essential and vibrant part of our community. The Early Careers Programme provides an exciting opportunity for participants to get a feel for working at the Forum, bringing in fresh ideas and gaining valuable real-world experience.
The positions we offer are best suited to bachelor’s and master’s program graduates, with a maximum of 2 years cumulated work experience.
Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme
- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office
- Programme start dates between 15 September and 15 October 2025
- Monthly gross compensation of USD 4’550
How to apply
Applications will be accepted until Thursday, 17 July 2025 at which point the talent acquisition team will initiate the screening process. Interviews with selected candidates will be scheduled throughout the month of July with the aim of completing the full hiring process by 15 August 2025.
What you will do
As a participant in our Early Careers Programme, you will have the opportunity to work within specific functional areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Throughout the programme, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals and develop a diverse skill set that can accelerate your career.
This ECP role will support the operations and programmatic delivery for the initiative’s activities including research / strategic scoping and development of written deliverables and insights; planning and management of consultations, workshops and events; as well as the creation of communications and outreach materials.
Scope
Research & content development****: The Initiative is exploring several fast-moving topics in a complex space, ranging from health AI regulation, health data policies, incentives & innovation, etc. and aiming to create high profile thought leadership. The ECP will support with desk research, partner consultations, and content development for written deliverables.
Community support & engagement****: This ECP role will assist with community/working group management tasks, as well as facilitate the co-development of content such as blogs, case studies, multimedia pieces, or website updates working with the DHT team and Initiative's partners. The ECP would also help in internal co-ordination efforts within the Forum’s Centre for Health and Healthcare and externally.
Event preparations: The DHT Initiative will have various milestone and ongoing events, virtual and in-person during the ECP’s tenure. This role will support preparation and alignment before key events; support for logistics and delivery; and recap and next steps implementation following these convenings.
Deliverables
Key deliverables for the ECP role may include the below, based on project needs:
Contributions & research inputs to white papers / insight reports / concept notes
Blogs, case studies, or multimedia pieces developed in coordination with partners
Event/meeting prep such as presentation materials, briefing memos, digital support
Notes/summaries of meetings and events
Website updates (e.g. for Forum spaces)
