You have:
- A Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP Solution Manager administration experience across setup, configuration, and operations.
- Solid experience with the SolMan Test Suite and test management setup.
- Good grasp of technical monitoring, root cause analysis, and EarlyWatch.
- Working knowledge of system landscape management, including LMDB, SLD, RFCs, and diagnostics agents.
- Solid SAP Basis fundamentals to support patching, upgrades, and system health.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and experience supporting the transition from Solution Manager.

Unit Context:
Project Aria is the World Bank Group's strategic initiative to modernize its finance ERP. It runs in two phases: a transition that migrates the ERP solution from ECC to S/4HANA in early 2027, followed by a transformation that builds on the new platform to improve how the business works. The program spans more than 50 business units and over 180 connected systems.

Duties and accountabilities:
• Set up and configure Solution Manager. Run SOLMAN_SETUP, connect managed systems, and maintain RFC connections and diagnostics agents.
• Administer the Test Suite. Support test management setup, requirements and test case structures, and execution tracking.
• Set up and tune technical monitoring. Configure system, integration, and job monitoring, and keep alerts meaningful.
• Keep Solution Manager current and healthy. Apply patches, support packs, and upgrades, and maintain the LMDB and SLD.
• Support the implementation and testing teams
• Support the move to SAP Cloud ALM. Plan and execute the migration of relevant functions from Solution Manager.
Selection Criteria
