Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) enables the WBG to achieve its mission of ending extreme poverty and promote shared prosperity in a sustainable way by delivering transformative information and technologies to its staff working in over 150 locations.

Unit Context

The IT Client Services unit is primarily tasked with ensuring the cohesive delivery of IT programs and initiatives to clients, aligning existing support channels with business needs and fostering client partner relationships. In achieving its objectives and providing for a best possible IT client experience, Client Services Front Office partners with CO/HQ IT Support teams, 24/7 IT Service Desks, Training and Outreach, as well as cross-functional teams delivering IT products and solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

ITS Client Services front office is seeking an Analytics, Reporting and Technology Adoption Practitioner. The candidate will be a member of the front office team and will work with HQ and Regional IT teams within Client Services, ITS Change Management and Learning unit (ITSAL), and other units across ITS. This role will perform the following activities.

Data Analytics and Reporting

•Conducts in depth analysis of Client Services related data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

•Clean, process and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

•Design and develop reports and dashboards that present data-driven insights in a clear and understandable manner.

•Use visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually appealing and informative reports.

•Create customized reports based on the needs of various stakeholders within Client Services and across the department.

•Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•Prepare and deliver presentations to convey insights and recommendations.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights align with organizational goals.

•Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

Change Management and Technology Adoption

In collaboration and partnership with ITSAL:

•Advice ITS Client Services Front Office on change management and communication strategies and is responsible for initiating, developing, and executing the tactical plans, which ensure a harmonized outreach to the global CS community in HQ, the Country Offices (CO) and Global Support Service (GSS).

•Assists ITSCS Senior Manager, HQ, CO and GSS managers with detailed change management, communication, and outreach, for both internal to CS and clients-facing products and campaigns. Integrates data and current information for the CS Monthly report.

•Ensures the maintenance and generates content for the Client Services outreach channels – CS site, CS Weekly, and CS Viva Engage, as often as required. Ensures support for preparing and deploying emergency and crisis communication playbooks, in close coordination with key ITS and ECR teams.

•Ensures support for specific programs driven by ITSCS Front Office and collaborates across ITSAL to support the implementation of cross-departmental projects including Knowledge Base, Self-Service for All, Analytics and Automation, and other GC Strategic Series.

•Supports CS Functional Groups with change management and outreach requirements. Renders permanent assistance to Learning and Change Management Functional Group leads and members, to align and coordinate with ITSAL and ensure sustained cohesion for the IT learning strategy targeting WBG clients.

•Contributes to cross-team projects, to advance the ITSCS – ITSAL partnership in the field of IT learning for WBG staff. In coordination with ITSAL project teams, upholds the reinforcement efforts, related to learning programs designed for ITs.

• Assist with the development of surveys to assess feedback and the effectiveness of communications activities.

•Using a range of tools and tactics (e.g., scorecards, web usage reports, surveys, client focus groups, polls), support track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications activities.

•Design, write, produce, and disseminate internal change communication products (e.g., email messages, presentations, web content, internal news stories, brochures, multi-media products, Q&As, talking points, communications toolkits etc.) that are strategic and consistently on-message about Information and Technology Solutions Network, its mission and strategy within the World Bank Group.
