Overview

Assist in the development and management of housing projects for displaced communities.

You have:

Good technical knowledge about Construction in Ukraine, ideally of buildings.
Strong experience in creating Bill of Quantities/ Acts of Defects
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
Capable of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc) with strong confidence in Excel.
Ability and willingness to travel around Ukraine frequently
Experience in the rehabilitation of old buildings
Basic level of understanding of the social service system and social provision legislation in Ukraine
Good understanding of Ukrainian Construction legislation
Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar programmes to create drawings and visualisations
Capacity to deal with a multi-task environment and efficiently contribute to the multi-national team’s work
