Provide transportation for staff and partners and manage vehicle performance.

You have:

  • Education: Grade 12 standard of education
  • Previous experience in a similar role very important
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years working experience
  • Two years driving experience
  • Valid Zambian Driving License
  • Knowledge in basic mechanics is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English both written & Spoken
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays
  • Should be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities
  • Valid and clean driving license
  • No criminal record
  • Must have experience working in a similar setting for a company, Government or any private institution/organization

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Facilitating of World Vision Program:

Ensure provision of transport for Staff/ visitors, partners and any other authorized personnel.

Deliver Packages and Goods.

As requested by various departments & assigned by the Transport & Logistics Officer.

Prepare Vehicle Performance Report.

Monitor and ensure that the status of motor vehicles and submit to the Transport & Logistics Officer.

Ensure all trips are authorized:

Start and finish mileage recorded, fuel allocated, and purpose of the journey are indicated in the ZAMO Driver log before undertaking any trip.

Minimum Education, Training & Experience Required

  • Education: Grade 12 standard of education
  • Previous experience in similar role very important
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years working experience
  • Two years driving experience
  • Valid Zambian Driving License
  • Knowledge in basic mechanics is added advantage
  • Fluency in English both written & Spoken
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Recommended qualities: Honesty, integrity and self-awareness.
  • Perform other duties as required as requested by the supervisor
