Provide safe and efficient transportation services for the organization.
You have:
- Manage vehicle operations and ensure compliance with transport policies and laws.
- Ensure safety and security of passengers and property during transportation.
- Provide transportation services efficiently for staff and materials.
- Participate in vehicle maintenance and manage operating books.
- Manage fuel efficiently and maintain proper documentation for vehicle usage.

role PURPOSE
To provide safe and efficient transportation services to Plan International Lebanon’s country/field offices to provide reliable programme support, ensure safety and security of both passengers and property, take part in vehicle maintenance, support efficient utilisation of vehicles
Dimensions of the Role
The post holder will manage the Plan vehicle based in the country or field programme offices. This includes ensuring vehicle is fit for purpose to deliver the projects or service and is actively managed, fuel management and maintaining vehicle operating books, staff and property safety and security during transportation, compliance with road/transport policies, laws and regulations, efficient staff and material transportation and programme support.
