You have:
- National Diploma with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Business administration and related courses.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license is required.

Position: Driver and Logistics Assistant
Contract: 3-year renewable contract Location: Abuja
Closing Date: 20 October 2025
DUTIES:
- Drive IITA vehicles within and outside the duty station to transport personnel and materials, including field assignments, meetings, or other activities.
- Record and maintain logbooks: mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance checks (oil, tires, lights, etc.) and report mechanical issues early to ensure timely servicing.
- Keep vehicle clean (inside and outside), ensure documents (registration, insurance, licensing) are updated.
- Support field operations: assist with loading/unloading cargo, guiding when needed, helping with logistics as required.
- Support field operations: accompany experts to training/meetings, collect data, deliver materials, act as lead/guide when needed.
- Handle logistics tasks: e.g., receiving visitors (airport pickups/airport drop offs), delivering messages, ensuring essential materials are delivered, coordinating with transport/maintenance units.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
National Diploma with minimum of (6) years’ experience in Business administration and other related courses, performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. Possession of a valid Driver’s license is required.
