You have:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of five (5) years driving experience, preferably with an international organization.
- English language proficiency is desirable.
- Must have a valid type B driver's license that is not currently suspended or revoked.
- Must provide a proven track record of safe, skillful driving or equivalent references.
- Excellent navigational skills required.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shall pass a pre-employment medical examination by a licensed medical provider before beginning work.
- Having permission to cross the border is a plus.

Purpose of the Position:
To drive the assigned office vehicle, including armored vehicle, deliver and collect mail. Both male and female drivers are highly encouraged to apply
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drive the CO staff to/from official functions ensuring safety of passengers while in transit. Ensures that the steps required by the World Bank regulations are taken in case of involvement in the accident.
2. Deliver and collect mail, documents, and other items as required.
3. Meet official personnel at the airport, train station and facilitate immigration and customs formalities.
4. Be responsible for daily proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle, perform minor repairs and arrange regular maintenance service at the station, ensure that the vehicle is kept clean.
5. Maintain logbook for the assigned vehicle by recording mileage, trips, purchases of gasoline/oil and promptly reporting to the supervisor any problems or defects noticed in operating the assigned vehicle.
6. Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Selection Criteria
Minimum Education / Age / Qualification requirements at recruitment/selection
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years driving experience, experience with an international organization is preferable.
3. Language Proficiency: English language proficiency is desirable.
4. License: must have a valid license that is not currently suspended or revoked. Additionally, the license must be for the type of vehicle they will be driving (type B). Excellent navigational skills
5. Safe Driving Record Certification: must provide a proven track record of safe, skillful driving or equivalent references.
6. Personal Skills:
o Excellent navigational skills,
o Strong commitment to safety
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Medical Certification: shall pass a pre-employment medical examination by a licensed medical provider before beginning work as a driver. Thereafter shall undergo a medical examination, including an eye exam, according to the following schedule:
o Every two years, irrespective of age; or
o After returning to work following a serious illness or hospitalization, whichever comes first.
8. Having a permission to cross the border is a plus
