Drive and maintain vehicles for staff and supplies.
You have:
- Experience in vehicle management and logistics.
- Knowledge of proper vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to work in emergency and disaster response situations.
- Strong organizational skills for managing vehicle logs and documentation.

Lead on driving for SAP Country Programme Office
- Using the booking system, drive staff and designated guests to assigned destination as instructed by P&L
- Make sure that the WV vehicle policies are followed.
- Using book system and Instruction from P&L to deliver all goods, cheque, LPO etc

Maintain vehicle fleet
- Ensure that all vehicles are physically and legally fit to be driven with the support of the Procurement and Logistics department. Conduct maintenance and repair work on identified problem and/or defects.
- Ensure that verification checks and inspection on vehicles prior to and after annual ‘Calendar’ service are completed by established service providers.
- Ensure that the interior and exterior of WVV vehicles are kept clean.
- Complete Daily Fleet Management checklist on a daily basis

Provide professional logistical administration
- All log books kept and maintained on a monthly basis and all usages of vehicles are identified from log-sheets.
- All relevant documents (ie. Registration, insurance, copy of drivers’ license, etc) are the in the vehicle and no legal incompliance occurred.
- Maintain vehicle-wise fuel consumption information.
- Supporting P&L by ensure all delivered items are label correctly and providing delivery documents

Help with P&L with office stock take
- Provide support when instructed on keeping stock of P&L Material (i.e. P&L stationary, office drinking water, etc)
- Following proper procedure when supporting P&L to log WV Materials

- Disaster Response: able to deploy as required in the event of an emergency response
