About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time permanent Donor Services Administrative Assistant with proven experience in donor/customer care, administration, and data input. The ideal candidates will have an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive approach to their work, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Trócaire’s Donor Services Team in Northern Ireland, part of the Ireland Division, is dedicated to donor care and income processing. As the Donor Services Assistant, you will be an experienced administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by delivering exceptional donor care through various communication channels and accurately processing all income for the region. You will collaborate closely with the Northern Ireland team to achieve our goals.

Location: Belfast (fully office-based)

Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent (3 days a week between Monday and Thursday), fully office-based.

Salary: £15,930 per annum (£26,551 pro rata)

Reporting To: Donor Services & Centre Lead
