- 5+ years of experience in donor acquisition and fundraising.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.

- Proficiency in managing CRM systems for donor management and reporting.
- Ability to engage with individual donors and build strong relationships.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION
- Ensure effective and successful implementation of 1-2 PNS short-term projects to cultivate, serve and strengthen local sponsorship program results.
- Prepare and implement a strategy and action plan to maximize relationships with Individual Donors to support WVIM ministry through high-quality donor engagement initiatives.
DONOR ACQUISITION & OPERATIONAL (TECHNICAL) IMPLEMENTATION
- Identify and implement innovative ideas or initiatives to proactively engage and maintain relationships with individual donors within Mongolia and abroad that will result to funding support for WVIM
- Develop and maintain effective donor acquisition plan which includes identifying target donors, acquisition channels and developing products to assure annual donor acquisition target is achieved
- Manage Due Diligence process of identifying partners
- Maximize income through stewardship and strategic development of existing and new partnership.
- Proactively develop concept note, project proposals and business plans to propose to individual donors
- Develop and manage all necessary documents related to partnerships, such as MoUs, Contracts, etc.
- Maintain and manage CRM database of partners
- Develop marketing communication collaterals related to donor acquisition
- Continue to develop business and fundraising opportunities using different innovative approaches such as digital marketing, public campaigns and events.
- Develop annual strategic and implementation plan for donor acquisition activities/campaigns/events/field visits
- Set, manage and monitor an excellent quality standard for project implementation.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL LIAISON AND COORDINATION
- Proactively monitor and manage reputation risk by working with NRD Manager.
- Work closely with NRD team members and other colleagues to increase quality, impact and cost efficiency, especially on donor acquisition products.
- Support NRD team members to increase and diversify funding
- Plan, host and evaluate various media related events and activities, such as press conferences, media visits, journalists lunches, etc. to increase WVIM partners.
- Coordinate positive partnership with APs and other departments in NO to ensure project proposals that brings impact in vulnerable children and community which generate sufficient core income for the organization to be able to deliver its strategic objectives.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
- Management of collateral and communications assets, as well as ensuring proper management of all content produced by NRD Department
- Management of fundraising tracking system, especially on individual donor acquisition marketing products
- Management of monitoring and evaluation database of all individual donor acquisition efforts/activities/initiatives
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Ensure adherence of WV’s communications policy, standards, guidelines protocols and child protection policy and standards in all activities.
CAPACITY BUILDING
- Training and equipping other team members and WVIM staff in marketing and donor acquisition know-how
- Training and equipping field staff in organizing effective donor host
