In Cairo, UNHabitat Egypt is hosting the one UN Pavilion at the World Urban Forum (WUF12). The assignments focus on various aspects of event coordination, technical operations, media management, documentation, and social media engagement for the UN's pavilion.

For this event, we are seeking online volunteers to assist with Event Coordination, Technical Support, Media Relations, Documentation and Reporting, and Social Media Management.

The volunteers will play key roles in ensuring the event runs smoothly, receives media attention, and is properly documented for future reference.

UN-Habitat seek 4 online volunteers with experience in writing to support us during the one UN Pavilion at the World Urban Forum (WUF12). Track and compile media coverage: Monitor social media platforms, news websites, and blogs for mentions of the One UN Pavilion during WUF12. Collect articles, posts, videos, and relevant media, then compile them into a document or spreadsheet. Prepare a post-event report: Summarize the pavilion's activities, discussions, and outcomes. Include key takeaways, participant feedback, and any media coverage. Incorporate visual content (images, charts, infographics) to make the report more engaging and comprehensive. Create a promotional video: Use provided images and videos to edit a short, dynamic video (around 2 minutes) showcasing key moments and highlights. The video should be optimized for social media sharing.
