Overview
Coordinate TB-DOTS activities and enhance community health.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience health programs including community health work/engagement, or TB-related programs, preferably with an NGO/INGO or in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, coordination and training skills, contact screening, and community-level outreach.
- Familiarity with local health systems and the dynamics of working with private sector hospitals and communities.
- Proven experience in documentation, record-keeping, and use of standard reporting formats.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to effectively liaise with district focal staff, health facilities, and community stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English; knowledge of regional/local languages is an asset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and data entry tools.
- Ability to conduct regular visits/travel within the community for outreach activities (contact tracing and participation in chest camps for screening of household contacts).
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, follow procedures & directives, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
