The Opportunity
As Trócaire’s Director of Corporate Services you will be part of the senior leadership team with responsibility for delivering results in the areas of Finance, Digital Services, Enterprise Systems, Data Protection & Information Security, Standards & Compliance, Risk Management and Governance.
Working closely with Trócaire’s Board and Board Committees to ensure the implementation of Trócaire’s strategy “Local Power, Global Justice” and a culture of collaboration and accountability in Trócaire’s 17 country offices.

Requirements
You will report to Trócaire’s CEO,The job opportunity will be offered on a contract of indefinite duration for and is based in Trócaire’s offices in Maynooth. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 4 professionals.
Trócaire are seeking a dynamic colleague with highly developed leadership skills, based on a demonstrable capability in effective relationship management at all levels, including at the most senior level of an organisation and with Boards. Strong understanding of finance, good governance, accountability and a values driven approach will be very beneficial.
