Overview
Provide strategic leadership for clinical quality measures development.
You have:
- Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Services Research, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Clinical Informatics, Epidemiology, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality measurement, clinical research, healthcare analytics, population health, or quality improvement.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading clinical quality measure development, implementation, stewardship, or evaluation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality measurement methodologies, including eCQMs, dQMs, outcome measures, process measures, and patient-reported outcome measures.
- Experience working with clinical data sources, including EHRs, registries, claims data, and other real-world data assets.
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually.
