Key Responsibilities:

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

A. Acquisition of Sponsors and Donors 1. Identify and qualify prospective sponsors and donors either from partner churches, schools, associations, and corporations, and fan groups through telemarketing, emailing, sending SMS, and using social media platforms 2. Convert contact or new leads to actual pledgers by explaining briefly and passionately about World Vision, the Child Sponsorship program, and other Private Non-Sponsorship campaigns 3. Follow-up incomplete sign-ups or transactions under Direct Marketing Team 4. Re-engage former sponsors of cancelled accounts 5. Raise and engage individual fundraisers for World Vision’s programs.

B. Partnership for Child Sponsorship 1. Coordinate properly with partners, other teams, and departments all details of the employee engagement activity in World Vision event site and make sure activities are smoothly implemented. 2. Engage and secure partnerships with key external stakeholders to expand the network of corporate and association partners, facilitating new opportunities for child sponsorship acquisition.

C. Administrative Work 1. Accurately and thoroughly record all information, call logs, and conversations with prospects in SIMMA. 2. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing liquidation reports and submitting monthly management reports. 3. Perform additional duties as needed to support the implementation of programs within assigned accounts. 4. Support and assist the Direct Marketing Officer in representing the team during campaigns. 5. Coordinate with other teams to ensure a successful sponsor journey.

Organizational Contribution: ▪ Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing ▪ Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary ▪ Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews ▪ Support emergency response, as necessary.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Requirements to Qualify for the Position: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related courses, or any Social Science course with equivalent experience in fundraising and direct marketing • At least 1 year of substantial experience in fundraising, direct marketing, telemarketing and sales experience • Substantial knowledge about direct marketing, sales, fundraising, telemarketing, and related
