The Tech Volunteers for Resilience (Tech4R) programme mobilizes skilled digital volunteers to co-create open-source solutions for disaster preparedness and response. This role will support the first cohort of Tech4R volunteers by strengthening resilience efforts in Armenia. UNDP Armenia and Tech4R are piloting a modular disaster data system. Beyond field data collection, there is a need for real-time dashboards and AI-enhanced tools to help decision-makers interpret data, detect anomalies, and allocate resources effectively. Volunteers will form the technical development team, responsible for building and testing these solutions.

The Volunteer Tool & Dashboard Development Support will: • Develop and customize digital survey forms (XLSForms) in Kobo Toolbox/ODK. • Build interactive dashboards in Power BI, Superset, or open-source equivalents. • Integrate AI or automation features to: o Flag anomalies in data o Summarize trends o Suggest priority actions • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, multilingual, and accessible to diverse stakeholders. • Conduct functionality testing, troubleshoot bugs, and refine workflows. • Collaborate with the Tech4R team to align tools with resilience and emergency response needs.
