A very exciting rewarding opportunity to work as The Digital PDM (Digital Program Development Manager) , As the Digital Program Development Manager you will support the engagement strategy, source and create content, develop e-cash and e-voucher program solutions across Core Competencies, and advocate for new digital solutions, up-to-date with newest technologies that can enhance programming and reporting mechanisms.
You will also lead the digital department for NRC Ukraine that increases communications, connectivity, e-cash and e-vouchers for affected populations in Ukraine. More specifically, you will
- Lead the Digital Community Hub (DCH) team, a digital information-sharing platform for beneficiary communication and accountability;
- Closely support Core Competency and Area Office teams to progress on their various initiatives on and around digital technology-enabled assistance, including enhanced information management;
- Work with Safe & Inclusive Programming (SIP) team on accountability for affected population and complaints and feedback mechanism;
- Work with M&E team on reporting mechanisms; e) will be country focal point for Data Protection and to enhance Data Protection practices.
