Overview

Lead Digital Identity Verification operations in Beirut

You have:

  • University Degree in business or other related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate computer software used by the Agency.

Work Location Beirut

Expected duration The duration of the consultancy is 5 months with possibility of extension subject to availability of funds.

Duties and Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Head of Registration and working closely with the Business Analyst, the incumbents will be responsible for: - Supervising a team of Digital Identity Verification Assistants and monitoring and evaluation weekly performance based on defined targets and key performance indicators; - Tracking issues and ensure that there are mitigation strategies to resolve them at the earliest; - Prepare monthly report about new findings, challenges and issues - Approving amended RRIS individual registration records by Digital Identity Verification Assistants based on established guidelines; - Validating random verification, view the request information, and verification results from both automation verification and manual verification; - Performing manual verification and filling the verification results for relevant cases - Performing other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Registration and Business Analyst.

Academic Qualifications: - University Degree in business or other related discipline. - Knowledge and ability to operate computer software used by the Agency.

Experience: - At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Language: - Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

Additional Information - The incumbents will be based in Beirut; - Remuneration will be set at 1,187.60 USD per month; - One and a half day annual leave per month
