Contract

This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts.

The UNICEF Serbia PSP plan for 2021-2022 focuses on the ambitious targets for income growth from both the individuals and the business sector. Pledge income growth represents a strategic focus of the office. With the expansion of digital payments in Serbia, UNICEF sees a good opportunity to expand its digital fundraising channel in a strategic manner.

More effective use of digital communications represents a valuable opportunity for UNICEF in terms of both brand engagement and income generation, offering new and cost-efficient ways to reach supporters and engage them in the support of UNICEF’s work in Serbia. The purpose of the engagement of a Digital Fundraising individual contractor is to secure the expert support to UNICEF Serbia to generate income through digital engagement for fundraising.

The Digital Fundraising individual contractor will provide the office with a specialized support in driving income with the optimized fundraising opportunities through UNICEF’s online fundraising platforms (www.unicef.rs; www.donacije.unicef.rs), as well as through social media channels. The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day management and development of the above-mentioned platforms and assist in the planning and coordination of fundraising campaigns in close collaboration with the Communication section.

Tasks:

  1. Create and update, based on the returning data, campaign-specific landing pages for fundraising campaigns, focusing on the acquisition of one-off and pledge donors
  2. Deploy an online acquisition strategy to drive donations via donacije.unicef.rs, including the coordination of email marketing and other online marketing activities, such as display advertising, social networking and search engine marketing
  3. Support e-marketing and e-fundraising campaigns focusing on the acquisition and retention of UNICEF’s supporters
  4. Integrate the bank’s payment processor into the donation microsite and perform additional testing, ensuring that the process is easy to use. Liaise with the bank’s e-commerce sector when necessary
  5. Set up the necessary tracking for digital marketing activities and prepare digital fundraising and analytic reports on an ongoing basis
  6. Perform tracking and implementation of new digital marketing tools for audience, competitors and in-industry research, as well as for targeting optimization
  7. Perform search engine optimization - analyse, review and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines ( i.e. maximize the traffic to a site by improving page rank within search engines)

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
