About the position
The Digital Expert will develop, maintain and enhance a digital platform capable of aggregating and disseminating climate hazard information. Responsibilities include a review of local and regional systems and technologies, designing data architecture and localized data integration, development of end-user training modules and ensuring user-friendly interfaces and reliable system performance.
- Assess current systems and technology successfully delivering climate hazard warnings.
- Design data flow and platform configuration to ensure a user-friendly interface
- Provide recommendations on appropriate data collection based on platform and data flow design.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and training.
- Perform maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
Requirements
