You have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution, preferably in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business management, economics, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Three years of relevant work experience is required.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL & HTML is required.
- Able to deploy Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint is required.
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations is desirable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

The incumbent of this post reports to the Chief Private Partnerships Division.
Responsibilities - Delivering daily administrative support such as user administration on UNRWA Salesforce based CRM platform, including donor segmenting, creating fields, reports & edits in Salesforce with a specific focus on digital fundraising activities.
Responding to all alerts issued by the systems and problem solving of system errors on daily basis.
Creating custom dashboards and automated reporting solutions (1x Annual Salesforce department dashboard, 1x Annual HNWI dashboard, weekly & monthly donation reports).
Analysis, interpretation & reporting of data from Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, as well as Meta Analytics, Mailchimp, and other advertising web tools on monthly basis.
Managing system integration between Salesforce, online donations website (IRaiser), email marketing integration (Mailchimp), & online payment system (Stripe) according to department requirements.
Preparing monthly reports for management teams stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Other duties as assigned.

Special Notice Conditions of service:
Type of Contract: Limited Duration Contract (LDC), Band E
The Limited Duration Contract applies to external candidates and UNRWA internal candidates on LDC.
Duration of Contract: 1 year (Renewable upon availability of Funds, satisfactory performance and continuing need). Grade & Salary: LDC - Band E; monthly basic salary ranges JD 897.00
Other Benefits: Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave pro-rated to the duration of the contract where less than one year, and family allowance (if applicable).
