Expected duration 3 months from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022.

Duties and Responsibilities The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) is looking for an experienced Digital Content Producer. Within limits of delegated authority, the consultant will be responsible for the following duties: - Prepare the online version of UNDRR annual report. - Edit blogs and web stories for UNDRR website and PreventionWeb. - Draft video scripts. - Support social media activities.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: - Advanced level university degree in digital media, journalism, public information, communication, or other relevant areas is required. Experience: - At least 7 years of experience in content production or relevant field is required. - Experience developing content on humanitarian themes is required. - Familiarity with Drupal, SharePoint, MailChimp, Slack, HRML and CSS is desirable. - Knowledge of DRR, climate change or sustainable development is desirable. Language: - Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
