Job Description

- Establish a two-way flow of information for targeted audiences and provide instant responses to their inquiries. - Reply to the messages and comments received through Beporsed’s website, social media and communications channels the same as Online Moderators. - Assist the targeted audiences and Afghans in-need, find access to information and services providing by resettlement and national and international organizations. - Create data base of ‘Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)’ and common answers, considering the mission of Signpost Afghanistan; keep up to date with all new information that Beporsed puts out on an ongoing basis. - Feedback on representative and noteworthy comments and track trends in conversations and information gaps. - Assist Signpost Editorial Manager with identifying of content development on areas where gaps are identified. - Follow protocol to escalate any communication with the help of a team of experts and moderation guidelines. - Analyze information gaps to feed into future content creation; share opinions, feedback, cultural awareness, contextual knowledge, and learning with the wider team on an ongoing basis. - Collaborating and brainstorming with team members on how to ensure facilitate access to information by diverse populations including women, girls, men and boys, persons with disabilities and older persons. - Assist the team member to achieve objectives and complete tasks based on the requirements of the project. - Any other tasks assigned by the project coordinator.
