Overview
Support the Bangladesh Election Commission with digital communications.
You have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in media, communications, or content creation in Bangla.
- Proven expertise in developing Bangla-language materials for digital, print, or broadcast platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in translation, editing, and proofreading (English to Bangla).
- Prior experience working with government institutions, election bodies, or development partners preferred.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications, e-mail and Internet.
- Familiarity with design and editorial software is an asset including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent design software.
- Strong creativity and ability to transform messages into engaging visual outputs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Bangla. Working proficiency of English required.
- Strong writing, translation, and editing skills in Bangla and English.
- Knowledge of social media engagement strategies and digital storytelling.
- Accuracy and professionalism in content production and editing.
- Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines.
Contract
