We are seeking skilled HR specialists and content developers to design, develop, and implement onboarding materials and HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the NCVC project. This part-time, remote role is essential for ensuring that our staff have the resources they need to integrate smoothly and work effectively.

Design and create onboarding materials, including guides, manuals, presentations, and training modules. Draft HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for NCVC project withing the context of UNDP Saudi Arabia NIM modality Incorporate feedback from new hires and management to continually improve content quality.

Volunteers are expected to: Create 1 document for the SOP 2 onboarding presentations (full-time in Riyadh), and remote working staff
