You have:

  • Experience with React framework is required.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript is required.
  • Ability to work 6-10 hours per week for 4 weeks.

We are looking for two volunteers to help us develop the frontend of our new website using React framework. The website is to connect students to online internship opportunities. The website should be user and mobile-friendly. We will provide the volunteers with all the necessary information. We will communicate with volunteers primarily through email and Slack. The volunteer will work in a team with other online volunteers.

    The project is a web platform being developed to help students acquire work-ready skills through remote internships and mentoring. The primary objective of the project is to create more opportunities for undergraduate students in Nigeria to acquire work-ready skills and improve their chances of being employed after school. As an organization dedicated to using technology to improve access to quality education, this project would help us to realize our mission of contributing to the achievement of SDG 4 and it would also contribute immensely to the achievement of SDG 8 in Nigeria.

  • 6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks

    The online volunteer must be experienced with React and familiar with TypeScript.
