Develop the new website for Morobe Development Foundation

You have:

  • Complete understanding of the WordPress open-source content management system, its functionalities and best practices
  • Experienced in developing WordPress Website using various themes/plugins and other features such as security/plugins to facilitate payments/blogs
  • Proficiency in Javascript, PHP, HTML, MySQL, Angular and version control such as GIT will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with CV/live samples of their previous works/an online portfolio will be preferred

Morobe Development Foundation Inc. is looking for an Online Volunteer with experience in web development to support us on the following: - Develop our new website in WordPress including design, code and develop various functionalities using WordPress themes, features and plugins such as security / blogs / payments as per provided specifications. The website should be visually appealing, user-friendly and easy to be navigated.

    Morobe Development Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit organization based in Papua New Guinea committed to community development. MDF is currently involved in various sectors from environmental conservation to women empowerment in Papua New Guinea. We are currently in the process of developing a new website and will be migrating from our old website (currently hosted on Wix) once the task is completed. The new website will serve as a medium to reach out to various stakeholders, volunteers, donors and help communicate information related to MDF's activities, undertaken projects and achievements.

  • Volunteers: 2 needed

  • 11-20 hours per week / 2 weeks
