You have:
- Experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
- Ability to draft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content for social media platforms.
- Experience adapting content for different digital platforms, particularly Telegram and Instagram.
- Strong written communication skills in Uzbek.
- Experience with translation and adaptation of communications materials is an asset.
- Familiarity with social media management and content planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools is desirable.

The Online Volunteer will contribute to increasing public awareness of the United Nations' work in Uzbekistan and promoting engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals through accessible and compelling social media content.
The Online Volunteer will support the UN Resident Coordinator Office in Uzbekistan by preparing social media content in Uzbek to raise awareness of the work of the United Nations in Uzbekistan, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the role of young people in advancing sustainable development.
The Online Volunteer will:
- Draft 2–3 text-based posts per week in Uzbek for the UN Uzbekistan Telegram channel.
- Draft 1–2 social media posts per week in Uzbek for the UN Uzbekistan Instagram page.
- 1 post is expected per week, and the Online Volunteer is expected to prepare 50-100 words summary/post based on the SG’s speech and statement in Uzbek language.
All source materials, key messages, and editorial guidance will be provided by the UN Resident Coordinator Office.
