The on line volunteer will be tasked to design a programme document on capital market development in Africa.
This is a contribution to the Section which is mandated to work on enhancing the capacity of member States to design and implement policies and strategies that promote innovative financing for developing capital markets to support private sector development and attract investment.
ECA/PSDFD is looking for one qualified online volunteer to assist IFCMS in designing a programme document on capital market development in Africa.
Under the guidance of Chief of IFCMS, the volunteer will work remotely. The selected volunteer will be offered a kick-off meeting to answer any questions he/her may have and IFCMS will agree to send updates at the end of each week, within a period of 3 months from the date of the induction meeting.
The on line volunteer shall - Discuss and determine parameters for the research - Identify and gather sources - Conduct research - Develop the programme document
Work or volunteer experience in International Development or a related field; knowledge on capital market, project management and relevant programme management tools and methodologies; skill in internet research, data collection and systematization of information relevant for the assignment. A degree in economics or related field is considered an asset.
