You have:
- Experience in designing layouts for publications, particularly reports.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software.
- Ability to follow organizational design guidelines provided in advance.
- Ability to work 6-10 hours per week for 3 weeks.
- Fluency in English for communication and design purposes.

We are looking for three skilled and creative online volunteers to assist our team in designing the layout/graphic design of the DESA Reports. They will be asked to create a design for the report which consists of approximately 60 pages of text, including tables, graphs, images, photos, and videos. Based on these reports, they will develop a sharp and expressive layout that illustrate our mission directed to Members’ States. The design and layout should follow our organization design guidelines which will be shared with the online volunteer in advance. The online volunteers will be recognized and acknowledged for their efforts in the report.

The Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government in the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) is planning to have a reports on the outcomes of the workshops on "; “Transparency, Accountability and Ethics” and “Innovation, Digital Government and Public Service Delivery for Sustainable Development in the Caribbean Region” recently held in March 2021. In addition, DPIDG is planning to have several documents (including a report) on Changing Mindset in Public Institutions to realize the 2030 Agenda.
