DESA/DPIDG looking for one skilled and creative online volunteer to assist our team in designing the layout/graphics for a report on “Capacity Development Workshops and Pilot Testing of the Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs Toolkits”. The online volunteer will create the design for the report which currently comes in Microsoft Word format and consists of approximately 35 pages, including text, tables, graphs, images and photo elements. The report design should follow our organization’s branding guidelines which will be shared with the online volunteer before the start of the work along with examples of similar reports that were recently designed by online volunteers. In a short kick-off meeting, any questions the online volunteer might have can be addressed and regular updates on the work are appreciated (e.g. after a first design idea has been selected by the online volunteer). The online volunteer will be recognized and acknowledged for its efforts in the report.

    The Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government (DPIDG) in the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) has developed seven Training of Trainers Capacity Development Toolkits – the Curriculum on Governance for the Sustainable Development Goals – which contain ready-to-use and customizable training material on key governance dimensions to advance the implementation of the SDGs. The Toolkits were tested in seven pilot workshops in different countries during 2020-2021. The report to be designed summarizes the outcomes of these workshops.
