We are looking for online volunteers that can help design or edit WordPress plugins to offer specific functionalities needed for PASDO's online awareness campaign on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other programs.. The ideal volunteer should have knowledge of PHP programming language, be familiar with the WordPress platform and should know how to edit Plugins and have them work in a WordPress multi-site environment.   The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) consist of a number of goals set by the United Nations in the year 2015 as a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. To promote knowledge about the SDGs, particularly among young people, PASDO is hosting the online SDGs Knowledge Program in which participants can search and read about the SDGs, attempt quizzes and get incentives for their actions. PASDO needs volunteers who have knowledge and experience in developing WordPress websites and custom plugins to help with setting up the website for the online SDGs campaign and other programs of PASDO.

• 6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks

  Volunteers must have knowledge of PHP and any other programming language applicable to WordPress, and some experience in developing plugins for multi-site functionality. Only applications in English language will be considered. Applicants should also attach their CV in pdf format with their full contact details.
