Overview

Design high quality graphic materials for COVID-19 advocacy.

You have:

  • Experience in graphic design and layout for documentation and advocacy materials.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to create COVID-19 related graphic content for advocacy.
  • Strong understanding of UNICEF branding and graphic guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration via online meetings.

Production of original / high quality graphic design materials to disseminate the work of UNICEF in the Middle East and North Africa region, related to COVID-19 vaccines demand, risk communication and community engagement. The materials will follow UNICEF branding and graphic guidelines and will be used for advocacy and documentation purposes. Text and pictures will be provided. Expected deliverables - at least 12 three paged briefs/brochures.

    UNICEF MENA Regional Office based at Amman in Jordan works across 17 countries and is actively engaged in the COVID-19 response, including co-leading COVID-19 vaccine demand planning regional sub-working group and supporting countries in the same. Advocacy and documentation are some of the important components of demand promotion for the COVID-19 vaccines. The graphic designer volunteer will contribute to the development of high-quality products to support vaccine uptake in the region.

  • Volunteers: 2 needed

  • 6-10 hours per week / 12 weeks

    Online meetings with UNICEF MENARO focal point will be necessary to agree on deliverables, actual materials to be delivered via email; copyright and ownership - all materials produced and other intellectual property will be solely owned by UNICEF MENARO. Expected deliverables: design and layout of documentation brochures, and advocacy briefs
