ECA Rwanda seeks graphic design and desktop publishing (DTP) support - type setting, and graphic design with Shutterstock images of the following four documents: • Central Corridor Inland Waterway Strategic Plan 2026–2031 • Northern Corridor Inland Waterway Strategic Plan 2026–2031 • Roadmap for Harmonization of Inland Waterways Transport Policy Frameworks (within the Multimodal Transport Corridors in Eastern Africa) • The Macroeconomic and Social Overview of Eastern Africa

Under the guidance of the Communication officer and Programme managers at ECA, the volunteer will:

• Format the documents and align the figures, tables and annexes to the table of content • Standardize all tables • Insert some design elements and photos into the report to make it a smoother read • Develop needed infographics with the main elements of the report • Create cover pages • Finalize and provide a print-ready file
