Overview
Support the MEL Manager in supervision and operational implementation of program MEL systems.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in statistics, business administration or international development. A master's degree in relevant fields is strongly preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience (2 to 4 for the manager) in program design, monitoring and evaluation, including experience relevant to creating and managing a MEL system and team.
- Strong training skills and experience working with a variety of donors, particularly OHA, UNICEF, and GAC.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as data collection instruments such as CommCare, Azure, and Power BI.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work independently on a multitasking workload.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Internationally recognized qualification in project or program management or commitment to obtain the qualification within the first months of work.
- Fluency in French and Creole. English is desirable.
