The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking a Deputy Director for the Corporate Services and Facilities Department (CSF) which provides a wide range of services in support of the IMF’s business needs and the well-being of its employees.
The Department’s services range from day-to-day operations to large-scale initiatives in areas that include infrastructure and facilities management, hospitality, language services (interpretation and translations), library, information and data services, creative solutions, broadcast and AV, procurement and third-party risk management, security, and transportation. CSF is a client-focused department that aims to be reliable, efficient and agile in all its areas of work. CSF is at the forefront of the IMF’s modernization and sustainability efforts, managing the institution’s transition to the new normal and a hybrid work model, and has led the effort to keep employees safe and operations resilient during the pandemic. The key priorities in the years ahead will be to manage the transition and ensure that corporate services and facilities meet the needs of the IMF now and in the future. This includes assessing the impact of different work patterns and modalities on corporate services and adjusting these as needed; managing and adapting our facilities in light of evolving needs and making them smarter and more energy efficient; continuing to innovate around digital communication; maintaining effective support for field-based operations in a more shock prone world; and leading the IMF’s effort to minimize its own impact on the environment.
