Overview
Oversee and implement direct service programs focused on refugee resettlement and community empowerment.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, non-profit management, public administration, or human services related field preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional work experience with progressive levels of responsibility, including supervisory and program management experience.
- Strong experience with program and budget management.
- Fluent English required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
