Overview

Ensure timely placement and follow-up of experts in duty of care issues.

You have:

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for communication and reporting.
  • Relevant graduate or professional education degree is needed to ensure qualification for the role.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in deployment or HR related roles is required.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing HR processes is necessary to effectively support the deployment of experts.
  • Experience working in complex and volatile contexts is desirable for better facilitation of expert placements.

Contract

This is a very exciting opportunity where the Deployment Adviser will be responsible for ensuring high quality and timely placement and follow-up of Experts in the field on duty of care issues, ensuring that they are enabled to deliver work of high quality in line with NORCAP’s strategic goals to partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.

The successful candidate will be allocated to various project teams across the department and will closely with Thematic Managers. Project Managers and Recruitment and Development Advisers.

The working language at NORCAP is English and to be eligible to apply, you need to be fluent in both English (written and verbal), have a relevant graduate or professional education degree and at least 3 years’ relevant experience. You must have Knowledge and experience of working with HR processes and managing people and experience of working in complex and volatile contexts is desirable.

This is a busy role and would suit someone who is great at multitasking whilst providing an excellent service. Although it is a busy department, we also like to have fun at NORCAP and we work in a very supportive environment. There are three levels of Deployment roles within NORCAP; Co-ordinator/Adviser and Senior Adviser so there is opportunity for development.
