Overview

Conduct consultancy for energy efficiency investment strategies.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy, environmental), or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge in banking sector, stock, marketing and financial markets operation are preferred.
  • 3 years experience in investment projects appraisal, financing and monitoring.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in energy efficiency projects under shared savings and/or energy performance contracting schemes is a must.
  • Experience with energy projects and structuring investment globally will be an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in energy policies, regulation and energy management procedures in Jordan will be a major advantage.

Competencies

  • Excellent technical and analytical writing skills.

  • Proficient computer-based skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Excellent inter-personal, communication, networking and negotiating skills
  • Ability to use information technology as a tool and resource.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, energy, environmental), engineering related area or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree/credits are preferred.
  • Knowledge in banking sector, stock, marketing and financial markets operation; are preferred.
  • 3 years experience in investment projects appraisal, financing and monitoring.
  • Minimum 10 years experienced in energy efficiency projects under shared savings and/or energy performance contracting schemes is a must
  • Experience with energy projects and structuring investment Globally will be an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in energy policies, regulation and energy management procedures in Jordan will be a major advantage.
