Design, develop, and ship internal platforms to improve operations.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of building and shipping code.
- Proven backend and systems engineering skills.
- Strong organizational instincts. The ability to understand what teams need and partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Genuine commitment to CHAI’s mission and the operating realities of a global health organization.
- Familiarity with technical tools used at CHAI: DBT, Superset, Javascript, React, Supabase, Python, Typescript, PostgreSQL.
- Experience applying agentic tooling to engineering workflows.
- Experience building tools for enterprise workflows (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, or similar) and dealing with compliance requirements preferred.
